Participación de las victimas ante la jurisdicción especial para la paz

Abstract

In the following investigative work we will focus on analyzing the issue of access of the victims of the Montes de María to the system of truth, justice and reparation, an issue of wide importance for our society in general, and specifically for this region in the south of the department. of Bolívar with the main objective of analyzing the mechanisms established by the national government for their entry and participation in its programs, such as reparation, restitution and non-repetition, which are established by the Colombian government since the implementation of the agreements of peace, and in this case to the victims of this area of the country. This research work will be developed under a qualitative approach, through this research method it is possible to reach direct conclusions, where we conclude the particular from the general, but through comparison with a third proposition. Although Colombia has reduced violence in recent years, with the implementation of the peace agreements and its different programs, there is still concern about the high rate that continues to occur in our country, due to multiple factors such as lack of opportunities, the lack of state presence in some sectors, the lack of opportunities for the most vulnerable populations to access a life such as education, work, through the corresponding entities and the COVID 19 pandemic that cruelly attacked the world population and that the most vulnerable have been the hardest hit.
